RETURN POLICY
MASTERBRANDS will process your refund to the original purchase method within 07 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error.
MASTERBRANDS is not liable for packages lost during shipping.
If the returned product is not in the original condition, or returned after the return window, you will be partially charged for the product price based on the following applicable policy:

Please submit an email or use the form on the contact page or call at +65 6988 4184 within 07 days of your original receipt date of purchase. You must include any unused and unopened (if applicable) product along with all original packaging and a record of packing slip or confirmation number from the original order (please retain a copy for your records).
