1) AVIGNONESI VINO NOBILE MONTEPULCIANO D.O.C.G. 2017
The 2017 vintage is characterised by extreme climatic events, in particular by a spring frost and prolonged drought throughout the vegetative period which put a strain on our vines. The plants underwent vegetative blocks that made it difficult for the pulp, skins and pips to develop, which were more concentrated. Through short and delicate extractions we were able to privilege the elegance and drinkability that distinguish our wines.

Grape Varietal: 100% Sangiovese.

Tasting Notes:
In the glass it has intense garnet red reflections. On the nose, aromas of red berries, cherry and pomegranate and the unmistakable violet scent of Sangiovese. In the background a touch of vanilla and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is well balanced and ripe cherry and plum return, supported by a dense tannic texture. The body is warm, ethereal and enveloping
with a long and persistent finish.

Casa Santos Lima is also the largest producer of “Vinho Regional Lisboa” and “DOC Alenquer” and in the past years has been one of the most awarded Portuguese wineries in major national and international wine competitions.

Tasting Notes:
A great diversity of complex aromas, such as red fruits and vanilla. Medium body in the mouth, it reveals sensations of red fruit, harmoniously integrated with wood notes and fine tannins provided by ageing in 250 litres oak barriques. In the aftertaste, develops smooth and rich flavours, some acidity and complexity, overcoming ripe fruit, chocolate and wood notes. Its dryness and persistence, combined with its fine elegant tannins, put in evidence its great gastronomic and evolution potential.  A wine to keep.

3) HABLA DE TI 2018
An avant-garde Winery. It was not easy to find the terroir where to elaborate the type of wines that we dreamed from the beginning. A land which would oblige the best out of each strain and that provided our varieties of a strong personality to produce unique wines. In the middle of two hundred acres of this Trujillo state that already the Greeks cultivated in antiquity, stands out the building that houses our winery, one of the most advanced in our country.
