Sardines are an excellent source of vitamin B12 and selenium. They are a very good source of phosphorus, omega-3 fatty acids, protein and vitamin D. These delicious sardines gives you a good kick of spice. Can be mashed up with potatoes to make a tasty fish patty or served on crusty bread on the side, drizzled with your favourite olive oil! Not forgetting to pair this meal with a glass of Portuguese Vinho Verde!
